Why are we doing this and what are we trying to achieve? A few years ago when most of the residential properties were non standard bungalows and kothis in most of India except Mumbai and North India, renting them out was a difficult and risky business. Now with the advent of condominiums and standard apartment units and most people owning one or more investment properties it has become easier to rent out properties. Earlier people would only manage their properties themselves or through their family members but recently with nuclear families and hectic schedules it is very difficult to manage and rent these properties. Unfortunately (Fortunately for us!) the intermediary market is not regulated and has still not matured with a lot of mom and pop brokers working with differing standards of service which results in more bad experiences than good ones. We, at CREM, aim to fill this gap by providing a transparent and efficient full service property management solution and credible advice that you can count on!
