Why doesnt this surprise me!! Its been like this for at least 15 years if not longer. And I know this as my mother who was a nurse said that when dad was discharged one time, the nurses spoke very little if any English and they all used to sit around chatting in their native tongues ignoring patients and their families. My Mum who knew the hospital wasnt allowed to get the prescription that dad needed to go home with and they had to wait over 5 hours for one of the nurses to go and get it!!!!!! Its now wonder the NHS is as it is.
