Why is RM0.05 cents the gap to Good Customer Service? You see, RM0.05 is needed to complete a purchase transaction...no RM0.05 cents no purchase right? But if the reverse happens, the average retailer feels its their right to give you back short! So instead of saying sorry sir I dont have RM0.05 is that ok? or even better heres RM0.10 cents back to you sir... They just hand you the change and allow you to figure out that you have been shortchanged!! Its not about the money. Hey, its only RM0.05 cents, its the Principle!! Who agrees with me? Today... PACIFIC COFFEE once again proved to me that their staff really lack Customer Service awareness and training.
