Why is it when a tragic outcome occurs, it is only when responsible government bodies become concerned and feel a need to execute action. For a parent to be pushed to the point of no return, and take his/her own children to their death before their own, can only mean that there were issues that have been lingering not at the point of death...but for possible months and years before.... With all this so called external support and funding to help families in crisis, how funny we suddenly see bodies like Department of Human Services step up their practice when it is way too late....this story is only one that just managed to hit the media...one of many others that get swept under the carpet..covered up because somewhere in our system of government authorities...someone forgot to follow up on the paperwork...and check to see if these children were safe.....in a country that has a 5 star rating of freedom...I am nearly ashamed to say that I am an Australian....no excuses for this one...none for the untold stories...Bless these Angels...xx00xx Written by Jeannie Lushes.xx
