Why should the United States of America take responsibility for the failures of these countries? We do a disservice to our own citizens as well as those who have legally entered the country by allowing this illegal activity. Its one thing to provide humanitarian response to this scripted agenda that was anticipated and preventable human trafficking through multiple countries but another to think illegal activity will be rewarded. Border Security and Defense of Sovereignty are part of our govts top priorities per the Constitution. Why are We not holding the Central American governments as well as the people there themselves accountable for the crisis they have allowed to be created as well? Shouldnt they be accountable and responsible for their own actions especially when unaccompanied childred are involved? Those governments are supposed to exist to protect the people and help give them the opportunity for a better way of life as well as the people are supposed to stand up and make the govt accountable unto them.
