Will the forces who send rain every Saturday for the working masses to enjoy please desist ! Taint fair ! There is also another dark force at work. The one that leaves my new ballroom of a drive, and that of my lovely neighbour Pauline - unused for over a year, yet today, because I need to park my car on hers as Im having the wall rebuilt (or am I?..... in THIS weather?)..... her normally empty drive in use by her decorator man! Couldnt organise it to fail so spectacularly if you tried. Of COURSE there are worse things happening in the world - the imbeciles drunk with power running ISIS for a kick off - but my point is, if we all behaved in the genteel helpful way that us two girls do and have done (who have worked all our lives for the privilege of a nice driveway), there would be no wars, tension, strife, or wickedness - just bliddy rain !
