Wisdom for today: Dont let your mind be held hostage. Satan seeks to build a place in your mind (strongholds) where he can operate. He wants to grip your mind to think there is no way you can overcome the things you are dealing with. You have the authority to keep your mind from being held hostage. Use your authority.
