Wish I could say something nice ! But unfortunately it was the worst holiday ever our chalet was disgusting and smelt of sick no disabled facilities ! Asked to speak to manager and was told he wasnt available and to complain to customer services ! Email address was wrong phoned pontins direct and told had to complain to manager on site ! The check in was complete chaos ! Food was inedible ! Was so looking forward to my 1st holiday in 4 years with my family instead I spent week in tears couldnt go anywhere on site without help so felt a burden to my family ! Even the pat testing was out of date by 4 years ! I have tried to contact someone by email without response ! Wish Id not bothered traveling 4 1/2 hours to pontins was a waste of money which Ive saved hard for ! Never going back !!!!!!!!
