With Thanksgiving just around the corner I have to say I am thankful for the values I learned from my parents and extended family as those values have been the core of my life both personal and professional. One of the values I am most proud of is integrity it guides me in everything I do - in my business dealings, in my client relationships, in my family and friendships, in how I treat people and in how I treat my animals. Integrity is not what you do when everyone is watching but what you do when no one is watching. I am sad to say it is sadly lacking in society today and I am often disappointed with the behavior of others. It seems that people have lost sight of the need to be honest and conduct themselves with integrity. I will not join the race to the bottom of morality and am thankful that I can sleep well at night because of my integrity. It has been a very difficult year and I have witnessed the best in people and the worst in people. I am glad that I have the family and friends I have as you rise or fall to the level of the people you surround yourself with and my people are great.
