With a heavy heart, today here is my prayer, Father, in the name of Jesus, we approach Your throne of grace, bringing, the Singhs, before You. We recognize that grieving is a human emotional process, and we give Allison, the space that she needs to enter into the rest that You have for her. Lord, Jesus bore Allisons griefs and carry her sorrows and pains; we know that Your Spirit is upon Jesus to bind up and heal Allisons broken heart. May she be gentle with herself, knowing that she is not alone in her grief. You are with her, and You will never leave her without support. Give us, the Singhs friends and prayer warriors all around, discernment, sympathy, and understanding so that we may bear, carry and endure the pain of their loss. We trust You to guide her, and we respect her decisions awaiting the manifestations of Your healing. Father, we desire to be doers of Your Word, and not hearers only. Therefore, we make a commitment to rejoice with those who rejoice and to weep with those who weep. We pray that our love will give Allison great joy and comfort and encouragement, because she is an amazing woman of strength. Thank you, Father, for sending the Holy Spirit to comfort, counsel, help, intercede, defend, strengthen, and stand by the Singhs in this time of grief and sorrow. In Jesus name, Allison, know that you are loved, that Alvin has left a legacy here. He has touched the heart and lives of those that knew him well and those that may have only met him a few times. You are surrounded with love and prayer. Reach out when you are ready...everyone is here for you! May God surround you with love, peace and grace, during this time. xo
