With all of the exciting festivals and events happening around Biloxi this #spring, what better time than this weekend to join in on the fun?! May 2nd-4th, vacationers and locals alike will be gathering for the 8th Annual Mayfest in the beautiful downtown area of #OceanSprings to celebrate music, arts and crafts in a family-friendly atmosphere. Located only 5 miles from #Biloxi, Ocean Springs is an eclectic beach town boasting a large selection of locally-owned boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, bar and attractions. Throughout the weekend, attendees of this free festival will gather in the streets to enjoy live music and entertainment, shopping, arts and crafts, delicious food and fun activities. As one of the main focuses of #Mayfest, live music will be held on two main stages by national and local artists playing a variety of different genres like country, jazz, blues, reggae, rock n’ roll and much more. The celebrating will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday with a 5K run and Kick-Off Party in downtown Ocean Springs. Mayfest will resume on Saturday and Sunday at 10:00 a.m. and last until 10:00 p.m. each night. We can’t wait to enjoy the beautiful outdoors with you this weekend! : )
