With the deadly PED virus still threatening Wisconsins swine industry, State Veterinarian Dr. Paul McGraw is once again banning the weigh-ins that ordinarily take place as exhibitors gear up for fair season. Hes also recommending that all swine shows be terminal shows, because of concerns about porcine reproductive respiratory syndrome (PRRS) and influenza, as well as porcine epidemic diarrhea (PEDv).
