With the exception of my brother Andrew N. Lesure (who I respect and admire more than anything), Ive no other siblings from home to celebrate National Siblings Day with. The other brother I have (who I wont name on here for personal reasons) stirs up nothing but trouble, grief, resentment, bitterness and anger. But while that might seem sad to most people, there are people at Elkhorn Valley Christian Service Camp and here at Landmark that Im more than proud to call my brothers and sisters. People like Michaela Emily Hearst, Michael Uchiha Vanasse, Rob Hill, Lila Maria Harmon, Sofya Villiers, and Dee McHughh have stood by me through my darkest of days, have seen me at my best and at my worst. Theyre always here for me no matter what life dishes out, and I cant begin thank them enough for their love and support. To my family in Christ: Laura Eddy, Josh Todd, Jake Hancock, Kasey MacDonald, Nicole Langell, Evan McMillen, Mark Hudson, Gideon Gidz Karsten, Mitch Pearson, Craig Palmer, Lane Bedford, Talitha Bedford, and others, youve saved me from myself on more than one occasion. And youve helped me to discover an inner peace that Ive never felt before in my life. For that I owe you my life, and youll always be like family to me. And to all others that I didnt tag in this post, know that youre loved beyond all measure, and that you mean more to me than anything in this world.
