With the passing of Zombie, it really opened my eyes. I am going to start really taking care of myself. I have been kinda down with my kid graduating so I was put on an antidepressant. Today, I now want to grow healthy and put the energy I had for band boosters and other school items into losing some real poundage and tone up. I walked 1 mile with dogs in tow. 30 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, 30 squats and 20 lunges. Each day I plan to add to both cardio and strength training. As I lose weight, I will treat myself to something special like : manicure, facial, pedicure, tanning maybe even a new outfit (at least as I lose my clothes sizes) I also plan to get thd piano back up and running and start tinkling the ivories again. I think it is what Zombie would want. Lol (for those who know Zombie, he loved to sing while James practiced in the mornings. I will use Facebook as my accountability. Maybe I might have the ultimate prize of a new wardrobe and a trip to the Bahamas:) hint hint Jerry R Hix hint hint. Lol
