With the sentencing of Allan Wadi to serve two years in jail, I - TopicsExpress

With the sentencing of Allan Wadi to serve two years in jail, I beg to invite the able comments of my great friends in facebook, Patrick Kamau, Jack Muriuki and a battery of jubilee followers to help me understand how the law is applied. Any fool will know that the empty nonsensical remarks by this tattered university student is not, cannot and will not be a threat to the authority of presidency and far still to the life of the democratically elected person to serve in that office. If the remark came from a raia of Raila Odingas status, then the government security apparatus would have been justified to roll the long arm of the law for the course. This is a case of killing a fly with a hammer. Allan Wadi does not deserve a retributive but rather restorative justice. He is a potential criminal who can either be made to full time operative criminal or the potential be discharged before gaining any substantial jinx for operation. But if at all such flies can derail a moving train, then we need to move fast and spray all of them. pic.twitter/PFL5V2fvVq
