Woa Nelly!! so we come back from lunch only to see our home owner and another resident yelling at us to stop then next thing i knew i was grabbed very aggressively by my arm and pulled back as someone yelled look out. I was told to look up and their above our heads were 2 huge spitting cobras intertwined and climbing the trees at the same time they were not that high up at all from us and could easily drop down. there was another one near by to so if they were making love or fighting we are not sure or if it was a 3 some hard to say.. Nor did we know if they were there to make a nest or something they were most likely a family. It is so so rare to see snakes like at out in the day. Diego snapped his fingers to try to create a vibration communication to draw their attention towards him and they came towards him very fast my gosh they are fast very fast, they can jump pretty far to, and spit and roll into a wheel their is no way to out run them either they are also excellent swimmers and can be very aggressive and dangerous. though when i saw them moving our direction thanks to diegos snapping tho he did that to tell them to try going over the wall to calm them down cause they were scared i took a few steps back and went right into the pond. I got out quickly and looked around their could be more then 3 after all perhaps they had some underground tunnels their holes could be near. Having them in this area with so many walking the path is a heart pounding thought. good thing i learned how to feel snakes presence here but still my goodness.
