Women X Session on Entrepreneurial Vision To understand how great a person is, look not at what he has already achieved, but at what more he aspires to do. – Khalil Jibran On 19th October 2014, Sir Shahid Qureshi and the CED team hosted a session on Entrepreneurial Vision for the students of the Womenx program. The session comprised of engaging intellectual activities which gauged the attention of the participants and forced them to formulate and critically evaluate their future business plans. Learning was further supported by in-depth case studies discussion and analysis in class. Through this engaging discussion the participants became acquainted with various methods of creating visionary goals and what problems and opportunities people face in attaining their desired visions. To commemorate the session Musarrat Misbah; CEO and founder of Depilex and Smile Again Foundation, Dr. Bari; Founder and Director of Indus Hospital and Mr. Abbas Ali, CEO of Amreli Steels were also present. The real life experiences that these speakers shared with the audience were truly inspirational and gave everyone much food for thought in shaping their own business visions. Participants left the session with the knowledge of the importance of having a long term vision and how to incorporate the needs of their society into that vision so as to bring about prosperity not only personally, but also to humanity as a whole.
