Woohoo got my new phone, ah decent mobile comms again. Sadly I had to buy it myself as o2 breached their contract with me by refusing to repair the contract phone under warranty. They claim that I have been into it as a sticker inside is damaged, inspite of the fact this is a sealed phone and a contract phone hence my not going into it, unsurprisingly o2 themselves are the only ones who have been inside this, when it suffered the same fault almost a year ago to the day. I had such poor customer service that I wrote their repairs dept who were unwilling to budge inspite of my extended customer loyalty (with network since first phone), I also appealed that with their complaints dept who didnt bother to respond to me, I did give them ample time to resolve this amicably (over 1 month on my backup phone) and I advised them that id make as many ppl aware and discourage them from using this provider if this was not resolved favourably. Therefore use my life lessons and apply them to your decision making processes.
