Word for today: Proverbs 22:17-21: Incline your ear and hear the words of the wise, and apply your heart to my knowledge; For it is a pleasant thing if you keep them within you; Let them all be fixed upon your lips, So that your trust may be in the LORD; I have instructed you today, even you, Have I not written to you excellent things of counsels and knowledge, That I may make you know the certainty of the words of truth, that you may answer words of truth to those who send to you? We find great words of wisdom, truth and knowledge in the Word of the Lord. It gives us great counsel and leads us in the way we should go. We should meditate on it daily and the Lord will lead and guide us in the way we should go. He speaks truth from His Word. We are to bind the word in our mind and on our heart. It will never fail us. Daily I find strength and comfort in the Word. I may come to it feeling discouraged or troubled, but after I searched the Scriptures and prayed, I leave encouraged and strengthened by His power and might! He never fails! Praise His Holy Name! This Word has survived through the centuries - more than any other book! Now, how can you refuse to read it, believe it and trust in it???!!!
