Words of Thanks from the Faujian Principal.... Dear Faujian brothers, the much needed Faujians Reunion 2014 is now over. The excitement and satisfaction displayed in this Faujians forum is a sign of belongingness. FCC is happy to know that you really enjoyed your time at your alma mater. All steps were taken to allow you to enjoy along with your family to the maximum at your second home. The spirit was just to raise the morale of the Faujians and let our family and friends know how sweet institution we belong to, its a story of legacy. As the Faujian Principal and convener of the program, I must recognize the patronization of the Chief of Army Staff (Ofn General Iqbal Karim Bhuiyan bhai, 16) directly who guided me all through, indeed he was the man who inspired me to go beyond to just make all of you happy and contended. Ofn Lt Gen Mollah Fazle Akbar bhai (15) worked hard in organizing many details of the program. Then the contribution of the DG DGFI (Ofn Akbar bhai, 24) who helped me all through in planning every details of the program and generating fund for the program. Lastly, the AGs branch (the AG and the AAG, Ofn Jabed bhai, 29) helped us all through to get everything done officially. I know I will be missing many names, still I shall try to mention few just to acknowledge their contribution. Please pardon me if I miss few, I shall include them in my subsequent posts: Ofn Hayat bhai (4) – shared lot of ideas and kept on updating the net to generate reunion fever Ofn Anisul Islam Mahboob bhai (6) – made us proud to accept as the guest of honour for the 2nd day of the reunion Ofn Fakhrudddin bhai (6) - made us proud to accept as the guest of honour for the 1st evening of the reunion Ofn Nizam bhai (9) – always inspired me visiting my house, helped me more like my friend even I am perhaps at his son’s age, nicely wrote the script for the documentary Ofn Maj Gen Ibrahim sir & bhai (9) – inspired me frequently during the whole time Ofn Newaj bhai (9) – wonderful contribution to FCC renovation efforts Ofn Brig Gen Sharif Aziz (9) – wonderful contribution by providing ELITE FORCES during the reunion Ofn Siraj bhai (9) – organized a beautiful and emotional ending of the Reunion session, outstanding Ofn Momtazul Karim bhai (9) – wonderful contribution to FCC renovation efforts Ofn Saiful bhai (10) – shared many information to move the program smoothly Ofn Brig Gen Mafiz sir & bhai (10) – he tried a lot to invite the Ofns at Pakistan, though we could not get them with us Ofn Mokhles bhai (11) – wonderful contribution in Rabindra (Babar) House toilet renovation just prior to the reunion Ofn Fazle Kabir (14) - wonderful contribution to FCC renovation especially the Swimming Pool, Auditorium and the Boat Club Ofn Mahmud bhai (14) - wonderful contribution in FCC renovation Ofn Sarwar bhai (15) – mentoring throughout and organized the raffle draw Ofn Majed bhai (16) – mentoring throughout, guided always in planning and organizing Ofn Moyeen bhai (16) – mentoring throughout, wonderful contribution to FCC library renovation Ofn Romiz bhai (18) – designed the most beautiful Faujians’ Reunion mnemonic Ofn Nazmul bhai (18) – mentoring throughout and inspired me to keep going Ofn Norbert bhai (19) - mentoring throughout and inspired me to keep going Ofn Khorshed Alam (19) – always helped in cadet skill development efforts, a good mentor Ofn Shameem bhai (21) – kept my baby, TATHOI, healthy always and allowed me to concentrate for the reunion preparation works, thanks. All the old faujians can feel pride in hosting and attending such a wonderful event I could not mention all the names here, apology for my unintentional mistakes. There were many mistakes during the Reunion, please accept those to be our omission, not certainly commission. All successes are yours; failures are mine only, a note for next Reunion event. Last but not least, my batch mates (31st batch) inspired me like anything to go even beyond to mark a footprint of the Faujian Principal, thanks for all your supports. Cheers
