Work hard Play Hard was the motto for todays workout...after the week I had I was ready to get it in....I ran 3 miles(3 laps on the tract then 1 lap around the whole park twice then finished off on the track) to warm~up then a few sprints....I did jump squats around the track which equaled to 210 jump squats...push~ups and dips along the along the bleachers...it was so hot my hands felt like they got burned...I did a few more push~ups on the floor(some of them I started laying flat on the floor)...I did a 5 minute leg raise drill(100 leg raises in 5 minutes) which I finished in about 4mins...I did a few pull~ups and holds with assistance(always with assistance LoL)...the last thing I did was the wall climbs and wall planks...I am super hype with how close I got to the wall today...and that I was even able to hold the plank...next stop is to do those moves with push~ups ...Im getting stronger
