Worked out this am... Did a routine that was supposed to be split up into 3 segments done over time... I did all 3 back to back! 10 min each of straight cardio weight training... 1 min per exercise for as many reps as you can... 30 exercises in 30 minutes with no breaks... BLAH!!! My heart is still racing and I am trying to calm it down and its been 2 hours! :P Burned somewhere around 500 calories!
