Working late tonight to complete our #LeanAesthetics Products & Services book when I started thinking to myself how I kind of want to hire us for my own coaching. We have developed really niche, fun, educational & results oriented coaching & training ideas that many other coaches simply wouldnt want to offer due to the time and involvement required to execute - not us. In this industry its really about going the extra mile to differentiate yourself from the mom and pops operating in the service industry. YOU NEED A PRODUCT & A BRAND. NOT A SERVICE & LOCATION. #capsforareason People are not playdough figurines that you can simply mould using drastic nutritional methods and millions of reps in a gym to collect a paycheque and slap blackwhite vs. 1 million megapixel transformation photos online as marketing props. They are humans, let me repeat; humans - yes, they have a heart. Humans feed off emotion and personal emotion drives physical action. Clients need to feel YOUR passion as a coach and become emotionally attached to their goal instead of feeling ordered to take action like a soldier in battle.
