Workout of The Week: Movement Prep - Scorpion Stretch A dynamic stretch for your hip flexors, quadriceps AND core, an excellent all-over body stretch that lengthens and strengthens your legs and lower back! Lie on your stomach with your arms reached out in a Y and head down. Thrust your left heal towards the right hand by quizzing the flutes, keeping the left shoulder on the ground. For increased range, reach ankle with right hand and gentle pull. Repeat 5 times each side.
