Workout of the day! Lower body: Move 1: Alternating sides, low squat into front push kick. Sit low into a squat, putting weight in your heels and then explode into a front kick. Repeat for 1 minute Move 2: Alternating sides, front push kick. Repeat for one minute Move 3: Front push kick into a lunge. 30 seconds each side (look for an additional video in the comments section) Upper body: Move 1: With heavy weight, side lunge with one arm row into a one leg overhead tricep extension. Modify by standing on both legs. Repeat on one side for one minute and switch to the other side the 2nd time through. Move 2: with medium to heavy weight, wide squat into a front raise. Be sure you dont take the weight any higher than shoulder height. Repeat for 1 minute Move 3: Add a jack to the above move and repeat for one minute Run through the entire series once with no rest.
