Workouts are supposed to be fun! I had a great total body workout at Rochester High School in Rochester, Michigan this afternoon. I included the following exercises in my workout today: (1)45lb. weight plate pushes (2)Bleacher climb with Jumping Jacks (3)Slam balls - 20 lbs. - 10 reps (4)Toe Touches - 30 reps (5)Medicine Ball Push-ups - 10 reps (6)Stability Ball Pikes - 10 reps (7) Farmer Walks on toes - 60 lbs. Repeat 2 x Get outside! Enjoy this fall weather! Stay fit! Be active! One Step at a time.
