[World AIDS Day 2014] Dearest European IFMSAians Tomorrow is the1st of December... and since 1988 this is not just one more day in the calendar... its the World AIDS Day (WAD)! World AIDS Day 2014 is an opportunity to harness the power of social change to put people first and close the access gap. According to new UNAIDS World AIDS Day Report 2014 ending the AIDS epidemic by 2030 is possible, but only by closing the gap between people who have access to HIV prevention, treatment, care and support services and people who are being left behind. This year IFMSA SCORA is joining forces with Y+ Global Network of Young People living with HIV and we want to invite you to join us on the WAD 2014 Campaign How you can join SCORA and Y+ World AIDS Day Campaign? 1. Change your profile picture on facebook with you holding our placards WE CAN ONLY END AIDS BY... (see the attachment) with your own World AIDS Day Statement! 2. As SCORA tradition there will be SCORA Award Gala during March Meeting 2015 in Turkey and we will be giving out awards in following things: 1. Best World AIDS Day photo 2. Best World AIDS Day Event/Campaign 3.
