Worried about hormones? Dont be. If youre eating a balanced, calorie and macronutrient-controlled diet, including a variety of foods and training hard, your hormones will very likely fall in the normal range, and anything in the normal range is fine. Hormone optimisation is kind of BS. Testosterone and GH levels at the lower end of normal is not unhealthy and will not sabotage your muscle-building potential. Additionally, any transient hormone-boosting will have little to no carryover to long-term gains. If your hormone levels are unbalanced, then see an endocrinologist. This is NOT a topic for personal trainers, strength coaches or body composition experts. Not naming names (though how I wish I could) but any coach who tried to sell you a diet or training program based on hormones is a charlatan and way overstepping their scope of practice. They are creating a problem that doesnt exist to dupe you into thinking you need to spend money with them. Beware the snake oil salesmen.
