Would you believe me if I told you about 2 months ago I thought my life was over? How about if I told you I thought all of my hard work would ultimately be in vain? No? WELL BELIEVE IT. I picked myself up, built my foundation ground up and committed to trusting God 100%. He not only heard my cry...he HONORED my commitment. Only a trusted few knew my hurt. God speaks to me or deals with me through dreams. He finally came & said,This will be hard but its time to heal. I woke up & I told God that if he a WILLED it for my life...I mean if he TRULY had it for me to return to DC, I would. Dont challenge God to be God because he will do just that! He not only allowed me to sit down with my father after years, my sisters and my nephews, He started raining down jobs, interviews and scholarships! I was completely blown away! I thought,all of this because I trust you!? WOW! I went through what I went through silently. I didnt post it on FB, act ignorant, or solicit any pity prayers. I had two heavy hitters pulling for me though. I had a praying mother & grandmother. They pulled me completely through. I NOW return back to D.C. as the recipient of two scholarships, free housing, school paid and for 2 interviews when I get there. The moral of my story is if you ask God to enlarge your territory, youd better be willing to endure the faith test hes going to put you through. Trust him. Youll come out of the fire untouched.
