Wow- she killed it. I am lucky enough to have both men in women in my life that have always told me that I can do anything I want. I have had great examples of strong outstanding women who have shown me that I can be more than a pretty face. I have had the support of an amazing father who has always told me if they doubt you prove them wrong. Far to often in the business world or just the world in general women are doubted and questioned about their opinions, suggestions, and knowledge BUT most of the women I know could run the fortune 500 companies better than the men that sit in the big chairs. Often we arent afforded that opportunity because as a society we have not given women that fair chance yet. Only 95 years ago was it decided that we should have the right in choosing the leader of our country... just 95 years... THAT is something to think about. We have come a long way but theres so much more to accomplish in gender equality. This is to asking the my guy friends to visit heforshe.org and take the pledge to stand up for women and gender equality. The end of violence and discrimination of women and girls begins with us taking a stand. #heforshe
