Wow...I am truly overwhelmed by all the beautiful heartfelt birthday wishes. I am so lucky to have so many wonderful people in my life. Family, friends...friends that turned into family. You guys have earned your own special place in my heart. xo The one person I really want to thank is my Mom. 51 years ago today she survived a horrible ordeal. She ran under a semi trailer with a little car call an Iseta (3 wheeled tiny car)....she was 9 months pregnant with me. On route to the hospital in the ambulance...they told her that they could not hear my heartbeat. They warned her that things were not good. An emergency C section was performed even though the doctors had given up hope. Surprise!!!! I survived. My mother had a lot of internal injuries. They had to remove so much that I would be her only natural child. She has spoiled me and loved me through so many ups and downs. Thanx Mom...for bringing me into this world...and never giving up hope. xo
