Wow! The BBN smashed it today, showed off their skill and finesse on the bike. Great fun has had by all. Godfrey has now engaged in a head to head battle with Brunswicks Riley Hart for the aggregate, following closely behind by 4 points. Ally Rose had a rippa of a day! Showing everyone who was there to witness her handling skills after her front wheel come into contact with an opponents back wheel nut, resulting in a number of her front spokes flying!!!! She held it up and exited the track to the amazement and applause from the crowd and all persons in the in-field!!! Ally has room for improvement and a heap of time to do it and I look forward to seeing her progress. Harry and Sam had a tough day in the office with being placed into A grade! This made me even happier when they made it through the heats of the day and got to display some quality riding in a quality field of athletes. David played the role of the policeman for Godfrey, making sure he got through heats as easily as possible, also trying to limit the points gained by the main aggregate contenders. Davids named was said many times throughout the weekend by coaches from other teams and states, saying they were pleased with and excited to see what hell do in the next races upcoming. Benjamin was a sneaky rider today often catching some of the more experience riders by surprise and improving position with such skill and grace, some people were under the impression that he had been riding for many years. This has been such a fantastic weekend, but Im not a one man band by any means. So I would like to thank Brad who was our amazing Team Manager, his assistant, none other than Alexander. Thanks to our soigneur Jacqui who gave the team a motherly presence and advice and support only a mother could give. And to Andrew, our mechanic, photographer, head cheerleader and coffee runner!!
