Wow! What an overwhelming and emotional week. Cody Rogers has been through so many ups and downs after such an awful accident. We thought we were going to lose him multiple times. Fortunately he is a fighter and we are amazed at his strength and courage. Hannah Bryant, Travis Rogers and Roxann Rogers have stood vigil with him since before Thanksgiving. I don’t know how they held up because Debra and I just got back home after two days there and we are worn out. We are very sad for the driver of the other vehicle who lost control and ultimately lost his life. This will forever scar the Thanksgiving holiday for his family. On the bright side, Cody was moved today from ICU to a regular room. He has weeks of painful physical therapy ahead of him but it looks like it will be a full recovery. Thanks once again to all of our wonderful friends for your concern and for the help that you have given the Bryant and the Rogers families.
