Wow, first week or two back to school depending on where you live and I have already read stories ( Many from friends in a variety of states) of how : One has already committed suicide A boy went to jail after an altercation leading to another falling down a stairs to his death a 5 year old native american being banned for his long hair kids getting in trouble for being TOO NOISY at recess Some here fairly locally sent her 5 year old this week just to have a bomb threat today! Ummmm yeah I think I will keep mine home , homeschooling........... such wonderful socialization they can only receive in that kind of setting! Um yeah, not for us! ~ Carrie Reynolds Hetu THIS is why i homeschool. Kids are NOT supposed to be cooped up in a prison-like building for hours at a time, being told what to think, who to play with, and who is good or not good enough. It shows in the anxiety. But of course, we have been brainwashed to believe its whats best. Nope, not my kids. Parents have the right to do what they feel is best but there is a point when the evidence is just too telling.
