Wow, really... wow. It looks like very weird by just looking at these cities... BUT, if all these cities were filled by people from all of country side, with decent jobs, it would be a quite growth driver for China... and the day Chinas economy surpassing US may not be too far away, IF Chinese government really make all chinas poverty level low income people in countryside to these ghost cities... and this can be done only by Chinas current government style and not like any western one...The problem I can see is that there isnt a leader with a good vision now... or there might be...? And now, comparing to this, I wonder what India/Africa would/could do to see this level of growth potential...to be realized.
