Wow rough first day back and pt. :+( can barely move my arm tonight. Oh joy this will be but not going to let my pain and my shoulder win. I will be fishing and playing frisbee with my son soon and basketball with him he deserves a parent that is there 100% of the time for him and it sucks i am not able to do even half yet but i will strong headed and all.
