Wow, so the Julian Bakery/Paleo Bread folks are now attacking me - TopicsExpress

Wow, so the Julian Bakery/Paleo Bread folks are now attacking me personally (alongside Jimmy Moore) because I didnt support their product and shared Jimmys link to the FDA exposure of issues/controversy surrounding their product. Theyre calling me fat with a freeze-frame photo from a video still in their blog post wherein I am looking totally awkward while speaking at PaleoFx. How awesome. Because *everyone* looks awesome in freeze-frame stills from video. Theyre also claiming I made personal attacks on the founder of the bread company. I did no such thing. Heres a photo is from the same event. Women who have strong arms who arent extremely lean often dont look jacked just walking around, for the record. And Ive weighed the same thing +/- maybe 5#, depending on the season, for probably the last 8 years. iconosquare/viewer.php#/detail/697034881983580583_34328073 Not that I need to defend myself to the attackers, but because they seem to think Im hiding full body shots. I actually dont see the need for them in my work here to educate you guys. There are plenty on InstaGram. I am not hiding. From their blog post: * Of all the people I have searched for current photos belonging to the Paleo or health community, Diane was the most difficult to find any recent photos of. When I did find them, they were never full body and always a strange angle. It appears someone is working overtime to make sure that people don’t see, just like Jimmy and many other of her buddies, she has reverted back to her previous weight. I found this to be very concerning, as Diane is out in public and at conferences fairly often, but yet hardly any pictures of it. All false image and no substance, not the kind of people you should be getting your health advice from. Clearly some people havent heard of InstaGram. instagram/p/r9Zfz7Br3Z/ instagram/p/reP2b8Bryl/ instagram/p/rbyFOchr47/ instagram/p/rFs3bDhr4H/ instagram/p/puhAbkBryB/ But guess what? If I DID gain a bunch of weight, that would be nobodys business anyway. Nobody knows my struggle, my life, my efforts, etc. Nobody deserves the right to judge someone elses struggle. If theres one thing I consistently preach its that your body and how lean it is/isnt is not the measure of your health or your value as a person. And eff anyone who thinks they deserve to judge someone else based on their body size or shape. Eff them indeed. This work is not for the faint at heart, you guys. In order to simply help people live better, healthier lives, you have to develop a very, very thick skin.
