Wow!wow!wow!good news according to Planning Commission,poverty in India has gone done to 21.9% in 2011-2012 from 37.2% in 2004-2005.But what is poverty line???According to planning commission only those living on less that Rs 34 per day in urban areas and less that Rs 27 per day in rural areas can be considered as poor!!!That means as per the view of our planning commission Rs 34 per day in urban areas and Rs 27 per day in rural areas is enough for living including food,health,education,everything.And only Rs 1 per day is enough for healthcare expenses!!!!What a cruel joke!!!!!Shame on the planing commission!!
