Wowza!! About 6 weeks ago TS started an incentive where 5 people formed teams to work together towards some really BIG goals. My team Chets Angels (named after our NEW VP of sales whom we all adore!) was formed with some of us not really knowing each other. The results are that we have formed AMAZING friendships and have challenged each other to go way way out of our comfort zone and work our businesses like I personally havent done in a long time. I am so very blessed for these ladies. We have encouraged each other, bounced ideas off of each other and celebrated and kicked each other in the pants when needed. I am Proud to say that today it was announced that WE were the #1 Team in the Nation!!! and several of us were in the Top 10 individually ranked as well! The end reward really isnt just the bonus of $2,500 that we get to split but the real reward is a renewed energy and passion for our businesses, the friendships that were created, and the products and opportunities that we have shared along the way with our clients and our new team members. For those of you that are in direct sales or even a Tastefully Simple consultant may understand this.... We have FUN & rewarding jobs, dont we? And just think.. this is my part time job I do after I come home from being a nanny all day!!!! :) Congratulations to ALL of the Tastefully Simple Consultants who participated in this Blast Off Challenge! Way to go Angels! Im proud of you!
