Writing Book to be How do Women Cope With Loneliness (Read along) Chapter 10 Loss I know how hard it is to recover when you have a loss, when all is gone forever. If it’s a heart breaking scene it hurts so much it’s unbelievable. You lose all your motivation, reason to live. If it’s a physical lost (death),it’s worst. The first cause ,the quit scene where he leaves you when you believed so much in him or you have to leave him in him for certain reasons is sad. Women get too broken down for heart matters they suffer so much I can’t understand why. Why is it so important ? When you fall in love you believe in that person totally ,but have you ever asked yourself is he telling the truth. Does he really show he loves me in his acts ,in his sincerity? Most women don’t analyze this. They see signs in what their partners say and do that clues that they aren’t sincere ,but they prefer continuing and ignoring it. But then doom or boom day comes and they enter in crisis. Now , why don’t we accept the reality of our partners. If we would we would quit on time before loving too much, we wouldn’t go through this suffering. Reality is a must ,we should take off our blindfolds when we are in love. The second cause ,the loss by death is tough ,but not impossible to accept. How it hurts when we lose the person we love . It reminds me of the movie “Love Story”, where she dies, when they h ad such a beautiful life together. The unexpected deaths are the hardest especially when your partner is young. Life, meaning, stops for you .It is very depressing and hard to recuperate. The first days are the worst, feeling the absence of that person you most loved .This makes you conscious of how fragile life is and gives a fear or panic feeling for a certain time. We must accept that our lives are fragile ,that our time is measured on earth and we don’t know how much time we will live. We should have been taught this every since we were a child. My father used to say , “Lynda we all are going to die the only difference is our turn, some die before others, so don’t cry if I die before you, because you’re going die one day too .”What he really meant is you should know that you are here temporarily and that death is a natural cause. If we accept it this way before death happens it would be more understandable to us.
