YALL!!!! For me this is huge!!! I started Plexus a month ago. I didnt expect much. I didnt change any habits, but mine werent that bad to begin with other than a sugar addiction, which is bad enough.... You know Im losing weight and inches. But what is really making a difference is how I feel and this: I have Menieres disease. It is an inner ear condition that causes me to have vertigo often unexpectedly. It is miserable and scary!! I have various medications to keep it under control, but in the end it really is not entirely preventable. Therefore, I carry a little bottle of very small-dose Valium to help me when I start to feel dizzy. Until a few weeks ago I was taking 2 to 3 of these a day to keep myself from feeling dizzy. I kid you not, I can count on ONE HAND how many I have had to take in the past 3 weeks. I have virtually forgotten I have Menieres! I also havent been taking the migraine medicine I was given over a month ago for my cluster headaches! And guess what? NO headaches!!! I believe Plexus changes us from the inside out, ALONG with healthy eating and choices. I have so much more energy, and its not ARTIFICIAL energy! I would use Plexus just for these benefits alone! I just wanted to share. I am one of thousands who have seen health benefits other than weight loss that are priceless!!!! THIS IS WHY I SHARE!!!!
