Mio Sporty 2. Mio Soul 3. Mio Fino 4. Mio Soul i 5. Mio Fino i General specifications The following items MUST NOT BE altered: 1. Type of engine, valve, piston bore and stroke. 2. The material and casting of cylinder, cylinder head, crankcase and gearbox. 3. The materials and specifications of the internal parts of the engines. 4. Fuel tank and fuel lines including inlet opening and fuel pump (F.i Model). 5. Transmission and clutch system (F.i Model), except the roller weights. 6. Frame body must remain as originally produced by the manufacturer. 7. Front Fork and under bracket complete. 8. Original thickness of the cylinder head gasket and cylinder block gasket. 9. Original throttle mechanism. For F.i Model, ECU must not be change or modified (settings). 10. Modification and change of the ignitions system is not allowed. Must not use CDI unit of other Yamaha model. The following items may be altered, but must conform to the general specification. (This is for clarification only. Other parts not listed in the above can be altered or replaced. Change of specification means modification, changes or removal of the parts.) 1. Crankcase cover can be modified but after market crankcase cover is not allowed. 2. Change of exhaust pipe, but must have muffler 3. Modification or removal of air cleaner box is permitted; air filter element may be replaced or removed. Air funnel or velocity stock permitted. 4. Removal and modification of drive case and cover. Transmission components may not be changed. Use of lighter or heavier roller weights are allowed, dimensions should be same as stock. 5. Change of final gear ratio is not allowed. 6. Modification and change of rear / front brake pads / linings is allowed. Conversion from drum to disc brakes not permitted. 7. The rear suspension shock absorber may be replaced. 8. Extension of engine support is not allowed. 9. Handle bars and front brake lever may be changed/modified/altered by an after market copy. 10. Steering dampers are not allowed. 11. Materials of streamlining (bodywork), shape and material of seat & cowling. 12. Removal of rear mudguard. Body must retain original silhouette. 13. Cutting unnecessary stays is not allowed (including part of seat-rail). 14. Flywheel and ignition must be standard as manufactured. 15. Front disc brake must be original. Pad material and brake lines may be changed to aftermarket parts. 16. Original electrical starting system may be removed 17. Modification and change of any of the cylinder head component is not allowed. 18. Front suspension unit must remain as originally produced by the manufacturer, however the internal parts of the fork can be modified. Bodywork Bodywork parts must be at least 75% complete, and should be properly fastened. The following items must be altered if the motorcycle does not comply 1. Removal of equipment, i.e. stands, rear view mirror, auxiliary and turns signals. Headlight, tail light and signal light lenses may be taped. The following are not allowed. 1. MACHINE RULES for 115CC UB SUPER STOCK Vega Force i Eligibility of motorcycle 115CC UB Superstock Vega Force i Only the MC model below are eligible for this category: 1. Vega Force-i General specifications The following items MUST NOT BE altered: 1. Type of engine, valve, and piston stroke and bore. a. The material and casting of cylinder, cylinder head, crankcase and gearbox. b. Starter clutch mechanism must not be removed. 2. The materials and specifications of the internal parts of the engines. 3. The materials, dimensions and shapes of crankshaft assembly. 4. Fuel tank and fuel lines including inlet opening and fuel pump 5. Primary gear ratio, transmission gear ratio and number of gears. 6. Frame body, rear swing arm must remain as originally produced by the manufacturer. 7. Front Fork and under bracket (T-post) complete. Must not use Front Fork of other Yamaha models. 8. Original thickness of the cylinder head gasket and cylinder block gasket. 9. Original throttle mechanism. For fuel injection model, ECU must not be change or modified 10. Modification and change of the ignitions system is not allowed. Must not use CDI unit of other Yamaha model. 11. Fuel tank location. Maximum engine displacement is 130cc. The following models are eligible for this category: 1.Crypton S, R, Z 2. X1 (hand clutch/ auto clutch) 3. Vega 4. Vega Force 5. Vega Force i General specifications The following items MUST NOT BE altered: 1. Type of engine. 2. The materials, casting and shape of crankcase cover. 3. Frame body must remain as originally produced by the manufacturer for homologated machine. The following items may be altered, but must conform to the general specification. (This is for clarification only. Other parts not listed above can be altered or replaced. Change of specification means modification, changes or removal of the parts.) 1. Change of valves, port areas & change of compression ratio is allowed. Cylinder bore may be modified to achieve 130cc maximum (1% tolerance) displacement. 2. Carburetor size is open. ECU, injector and fuel pump can be change or modified for (F.i Model). 3. Inlet opening of fuel tank for fuel charge may be modified but cannot be relocated. 4. Change of clutch discs and specifications of spring. Manual clutch is allowed. 5. High comp piston, aftermarket piston, piston rings, piston pins, clips. 6. Front suspension unit must remain as originally produced by the manufacturer. However the following internal parts of the fork can be modified: shims, hydraulic piston, oil passages, springs and spacers. 7. The rear suspension shock absorber may be replaced; original configuration and mounting may not be changed. 8. Cutting unnecessary stays is not allowed (including part of seat-rail). 9. Materials of streamlining, shape and material of seat cowling. 10. Removal of rear mudguard. Bodywork must retain overall stock shape. 11. Adjusting and polishing any parts are allowed.
