YES!!!! Another answered prayer!! Ive been praying about how to pay for Garretts education at LSU. I COULD HAVE sent him to school for FREE with grants specifically for students of disabled parent & for student of mom with advanced cancer, & several other breast cancer scholarships, HOWEVER...someone (who will remain nameless) claimed all 3 kids on tax return this year!! Requirement is that I claimed him. Any way, I knew Garrett has TOPS scholarship, but still need more aid of course. LSU said Garrett needed 1 more point to get LSU scholarship. So I registered & paid for ACT for 4th time. He has scored very well every time, but still needed 1 more point. I prayed continuously Saturday, April 12th while he took that test. Results are in... Garrett got that 1 point!!!! Its not a huge scholarship or anything, but EVERY cent helps! So happy & blessed! Never give up or lose faith. Perseverance & hard work pays off. 😉
