YIKES! Today I received a call asking if I was AWARE of my YELP review...I stated that I had no idea that I was even on Yelp...and he preceded to tell me that as a business owner it is important to know what others are writing about me...it could affect my business etc...I needed to respond, take action after each comment...yada yada .... I told him that I would take a look first and consider paying for their program . My heart rate raced thinking .... Who did I p#$$ off ??? I have 5 STAR REVIEWS of my business , LIFETIME tv Station interviewed me for the TOP company ....What happened ??? Well THIS WAS the review - I was attending a Bar Mitzvah and wanted to get my hair and make-up done. I was referred to Maria by a friend who used her services to update her picture on her website. Maria was friendly and personable upon my first conversation with her on the phone . I told her I wanted my hair and makeup done but NOT over the top or too smokey style. The end result,: we set up the time and date and she did a great job. It was exactly the look I was going for! Classy with a little sassy . And her prices are very reasonable! WOW - HOW NICE and YELP had me in a panic making me believe it was something negative to push their sales on me ! CLOSE CALL !!!!! LOL
