YMCA Rise-n-Shiners had a good outing this morning in Lake Park - Nathan Smith and Rob Sheridan worked the core - then off for a run and good conversation. Fellow R-n-S from Valdosta - Ali Howe Thornhill - run a super marathon this last weekend in Savannah with a 3:42 - super accomplishment and so much faster then her goal when she signed up. Congrats!
