YOU SAID GOD TOLD YOU TO GO OUT AND FEED THE HOMELESS…so you start planning it, get fliers made, get others involved, include a concert, invite different performers, pick a location that’s big enough, get on the radio to advertise it, get into arguments with your wife because you are coming home late from planning the event, you get mad at her for not understanding how GOD is using you, you are tired, but you find the strength to keep pushing on, closer to the date, one major artist pulls out, you had to replace him with a bigger artist, you are invited to churches to speak about this event, you give shout outs, tell people not to forget to come out and support, you shed tears because you’ve been working at it for so long and it’s so emotional how things are moving and at what pace. On the day of the event, you ended up feeding 500 homeless people, you cry again, the turn out is amazing, you give Glory to GOD, you look at your wife with despondency, you are happy, you’ve done it, yes! Clap for yourself, you have successfully fed 500 people at a cost of $250 per head, something you could have done for $1 per head and fed more people…I’m confused, did GOD say go and give the homeless a show or feed the homeless? ≈KDL®™©2014 #sometimewelosetheessenceinfocussingonthewrongthings
