Job Description We are looking for Business & Systems Integration analysts, who will work with our Health and Public Service clients to develop strategies and operating models. Processing Team and Accounting Team analysts will work largely with our Health & Public Service clients, alongside experienced consultants, to build the capability and create the assets to help senior executives create value by helping clients progress in the journey towards being a high performance organization and working at an enterprise-wide, strategic level to lead and manage journey and change efforts. Job Scope: Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work. Analyze results of code analysis, design, build and test PoC for Accounting Module. As an Analyst, specific responsibilities may include: Assisting in analyzing and documenting as-is capabilities of business processes, people and technology etc. Developing and testing new business processes / capabilities, and supporting technologies Assisting in documenting the recommendations of subject matter experts Developing deployment deliverables (communications, training, etc) Designing activities (e.g. writing functional designs) Providing insights and ideas to the project team by conducting primary or secondary research as needed Requirements: A good honours degree in Accountancy, Information Systems, Business & Computer Engineering, Business & Computing, Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering & Economics, Computer Science, Computer Science & Economics, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering & Economics, Engineering, Information Engineering & Media. Graduating in December 2014 Prior relevant internship and/or part-time work experience. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
