YOUR BODY’S STRUCTURE IS ONLY AS GOOD AS YOUR DAILY MOVEMENT REQUIREMENTS. Meaning, if your daily list of activities only consists of 10hrs on a chair looking at a computer, opening your mouth 3 times a day to chew on highly-processed crap you call food, and spending the rest of your free time on a bed watching TV, your body’s structural integrity will only amount to that point wherein it can handle those particular activities. Hence, when the time comes that you’re brought in a situation of extraordinary stress – most probably involuntarily and as mentioned earlier in the example of slipping – your body may not be able to handle it and may simply break down. To be able to save your older self, or your more mature loved ones from the impending shit that’s about to happen, you’ll need to gradually increase the amount of physical stress the body is accustomed to. Once initiated and continued safely with frequency, your body will slowly catch up and realize that it needs to build itself better than it ever was to be able to handle the recurring physical stress it receives, hence building itself to a sturdier structure.
