Ya allah,betul ke berita ni? Penerbangan MAS MH17 Terhempas Di Ukraine The Boeing 777 went down near the Russian border after a surface to air missile allegedly hit it. Flight MH17 was travelling from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur when it was downed, according to the Interfax News Agency. It is not clear if there have been any fatalities. The news agency claimed that the Malaysian Airlines passenger plane was shot down by Russian authorities but that has yet to be confirmed. A Malaysia Airlines official has confirmed the plane has crashed and they are due to make a statement shortly. The company also tweeted to say that they lost contact with MH17 after it took off from Amsterdam and its last known location was over Ukrainian airspace. They posted on Twitter: Malaysia Airlines has lost contact of MH17 from Amsterdam. The last known position was over Ukrainian airspace. More details to follow. Russian state media reported that the countrys defence ministry had labelled accusations they shot down Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 as absurd. Footage was uploaded to YouTube allegedly showing the smoking wreckage left by the Malaysia Airlines passenger plane. The clip showed a residential area in Ukraine while plumes of black smoke reaching to the sky can be seen in the background. There has been firing in the region earlier today when a Ukrainian war plane was shot down.
