I saw a doctor in Georgia who was represented by a nurse who gave me a referral with his rubber stamped signature on it.. when I paid my $300.00 bill for seeing the doctor the embarrassed staff apologized and one of them admitted they had never, ever seen the doctor.. this is really different from the Doctors we have in Canada.. really different.. and costs a great deal more.. so its the American way.. high prices for not much..
